PAUSE is an 11 week live container of presence practices, breathwork and connection — that rewires you from separation, overwhelm and 'I'm doing this alone' into flow, calm and 'I can do this. I am connected. I am enjoying my life again.' And your children will thoroughly enjoy it as well.
Once a week we meet on Zoom — a small group of 8 women maximum — for a deep breathwork session, honest conversation and shared practice. These are not webinars. They are living, breathing circles where real things happen.
Between sessions you receive one 5-minute practice to weave into your ordinary day. Not added on top of your already full life — woven into it. Into the laundry, the school run, the cooking, the chaos.
These practices don't take energy. They give it back.
By week 11 you will have 11 embodied tools that have already been tested in your real life — not in ideal conditions, not when everything is calm, but in the actual messy beautiful reality of your days.

The Weekly Breathwork Circle — 3 hours
Once a week we gather. We breathe together using the SOURCE Process — a gentle, deeply healing and regulating breathwork method, safe even for pregnant mothers. You lie down, you are held in your own environment and surrounded with my live support, energy and voice. Something in you that has been braced for a very long time begins to soften.
Each session is surrounded by sharing, enquiry and inner process work. This is not a class. It is a circle. And circles remember things that individuals forget.
3 hours. Every week. Just for you.
The 11 Practices
Between sessions you receive one practice. Simple enough to do in 5 minutes. Profound enough to change how you move through your day.
These practices open your senses. They reconnect you to nature, to your body, to the elements — inside you and around you. They create space where there was none. Room to breathe. Room to feel. Room to actually be present in the life you already have.
They are unlike anything you have tried before.
The Community Container
You are not doing this alone. Between sessions you have access to a warm, living group of likeminded mothers — and me.
Share your struggles, your joys, your everyday moments and your miracles. Ask your questions. Receive precise, individualised guidance from me personally — if needed. I respond within 48 hours. Usually much faster.
One gentle rule: no unsolicited advice between members.

I’m iidala,
I'm a mother and a breathworker and I have been guiding mothers for over ten years.
For seven of those years I lived in the wilderness — with my children, horses and wild animals. Far from the noise. Close to everything that matters. It was there, supported by nature itself, that I developed the methods, practices and programs that now form the heart of my work.
My background is in professional breathwork facilitation, group facilitation and special education. My soul lives in child-led education, respectful parenting, play and presence.
I weave all of it together.
And what I offer is a space unlike any other — where you can land, collapse, cry, laugh, spread your wings, find yourself again, share your creativity and feel more supported than you can even imagine.

There is no age limit — and no expiry date on this work. My community includes mothers-to-be, mothers of toddlers, teenagers and grown children. The presence practices work beautifully regardless of your child's age, and I tailor guidance to your specific situation as needed. I myself have a 7 and an 11 year old — so the messy middle is very much my world too. :)

Yes — absolutely. SOURCE Breathwork is one of the very few breathwork branches completely safe for pregnant mothers. I've had mothers breathe lying down, sitting up, and yes — jumping up and down with a baby on their hip. It still works. If you have any doubts or reservations we talk it through before your first session.

Ideally a room where you can be on your own for the session — though a cat or child wandering in occasionally is perfectly fine. 😄 You'll need good internet, a microphone, headphones and somewhere comfortable to lie down for the breathwork. That's it.

Because real work takes time. Each session includes settling in, opening sharing, enquiry and process work, the breathwork journey itself, integration, closing sharing and space to simply pause. We don't rush any of it. The 3 hours creates a container where something real can unfold — and most participants say it flies by. 🌿

I have over 7 years of experience facilitating online sessions and the depth consistently amazes people. Many feel as if I am in the same room — even holding their hand. The connection is real, the process is real and the aftercare is thorough. I am available between sessions and check in if there are any concerns.

Many people are genuinely amazed that deep transformation — in nervous system, brain waves and inner state — does not require intense overbreathing. Gentleness is not weakness. It is the point. 🌿
